Astrid is an international Makeup Designer and Creative Educator based in London.
Her passion for project based briefs, which enable her to actively share her extensive experience and creativity to engage with creative teams on developmental strategies from conception to delivery, have led to numerous collaborations and ambassadorial roles with international brands and global cosmetic houses.
She has worked alongside award winning creative directors, film producers and celebrity clients at Film Premiers in London and the Venice Film Festival, on commercials, and on editorials in Vogue, Tatler, Conde Nast Traveller and ID magazine, music videos and bespoke advertising campaigns.
Astrid’s unprecedented talent to engage and captivate through the creation of alluring visual interpretations, have resulted in her being one of the most highly respected and in demand makeup artists and design creatives in the UK.
In addition to her freelance work she offers a bespoke consultancy services and portfolio of celebrity clients such as Steven Spielberg, Sienna Miller and Daryl Hannah to name a few.
Using her wealth of knowledge coupled with the ability to tailor design courses with her fun creative approach and capture student’s imagination with her very personal caring nature.
